Nancy Rancourt,

Vice President, Customer Experience and Organizational Performance

Nancy Rancourt is Vice President, Customer Experience and Organizational Performance. She has over twenty years of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing operations in various environments.

From 2009 to 2021, Nancy Rancourt held various senior management positions at the Réseau d’informations scientifiques du Québec (RISQ Inc.) which develops, operates and maintains the advanced private research and education network for Quebec. From 2001 to 2008, she led various network operations teams at Bell in both the landline and wireless business segments.

In previous positions, she managed technical services, as well as sales and marketing. Nancy Rancourt also acted as representative for various entities and participated in the development and implementation of strategic plans. Throughout her career, she has acquired solid skills in human resources and non-profit governance.

She currently sits on the Board of the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) as well as its Audit Committee. She chairs Women in Science since 2010, an initiative that promotes careers in science and technology among young girls.
