Scientific and Innovative Venture Program (SIVP)
You are a PhD looking to launch a scientific company based on technology that stems from a public research institute? If so, this program is for you!
Thanks to this program – supported by Axelys in partnership with the FRQ, Mitacs and V1 Studio, you could benefit from the following:
- An FRQ merit scholarship worth $75,000 for 18 months;
- Comprehensive coaching provided by V1 Studio and Axelys that facilitates the link-up with a university host environment and an established researcher to transform his or her research project into an innovative scientific enterprise.
The application period is currently open. We are accepting applications until January 29, 2026.
