This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs your access to and use of the website www.axelys.ca (the “Site”) developed, operated and maintained by Axelys. (hereinafter referred to as “Axelys”, “we” or “us”).

This Policy also describes the choices you can make about how we collect, use and disclose your information. Axelys will not collect, use or disclose your personal information other than in compliance with this Policy.

B. Your PersonalLY Identifiable Information

(i) Secure web Server

In general, you can browse the Site without having to disclose your identity or your personal information. (v) Linking to websites operated by third parties

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. These websites may collect your personally identifiable information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties, and we do not assume any responsibility for the actions, practices and omissions of third parties; by using the Site or accessing a third party’s website from the Site, you release Axelys and its affiliates from any responsibility for such actions, practices and omissions of third parties. Please check the privacy policy of each site you visit.

(vi) Disclosing your personally identifiable information

Axelys cannot assure you that all of your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner that is not described in this Policy. For example, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is possible that Axelys may be forced to disclose, in some cases, personally identifiable information by law, governmental request or court order, or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, request or court order or to protect the users of the Site or the public. F. Severability

J. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You and Axelys hereby agree to exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You and Axelys further agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec, district of Montreal.
