In a column published in La Presse, Isabelle Dubé highlights how Quebec is drawing attention not only from Finland, but from across Europe, thanks to its CCTTs (Collegial Centres for the Transfer of Technology and Social Practices), which are affiliated with Quebec’s cégeps (colleges).
