To ensure sound decision-making governance, it is essential for Axelys to collaborate with an independent Assessment and Investment Committee (AIC) responsible for determining the scientific relevance of proposed projects as well as their prospective commercial value.

The AIC examines two types of opportunities: technological maturation projects from academic laboratories, and corporate investment projects.

Development and Transfer Advisory Committee

Axelys also established a permanent Advisory Committee focused on the development and transfer of innovations from public research. This committee liaises with leaders from various sectors who help bring inventions from bench to market. The committee benefits from the collective intelligence of the stakeholders to carry out its mission.
