Announcing the winners of our 2022 call for projects

Axelys, with the support of the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie (MEIE), is proud to announce the winners of its second call for projects “For Innovations of the Future”.

This initiative aims to support the development of high-potential technological innovations from public research in three sectors that align with government priorities, as well as societal and market issues: cell and gene therapies and immunotherapy; bioprocessing and bio-production; and digital technologies for manufacturing.

The research teams responsible for the 12 winning projects will each receive a financial contribution from the MEIE under the Programme de soutien aux organismes de recherche et d’innovation (PSO) volet 2D.

The total MEIE contribution amounts to over $4,653,000. MEIE’s contribution reaches 80% of eligible expenses for projects selected with Québec partner companies. Partner companies contribute more than $1,270,000, i.e. at least 20% of eligible expenses for projects selected.
