Programme de Maturation technologique – PSOv2d

Are you a researcher affiliated with a public research institution in Quebec, looking to mature or validate a technology in order to bridge the gap toward its commercialization / adoption?

The Programme de soutien aux organismes de recherche et d’innovation (PSO) – Component 2d, offered by Quebec’s Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie, is designed for you! It aims to support the maturation and validation of your technology in order to accelerate its transfer and commercialization, in partnership with a company or an adopting organization.

The financial assistance granted can cover up to 80% of the project’s eligible expenses: 

• For technological maturation projects, the maximum is $475,000 (IRC included). 

• For technological validation projects, the maximum is $75,000 (before IRC).

NEXT EVALUATION PERIOD FOR PSOV2D FUNDING APPLICATIONS

VALIDATION SUB-COMPONENT
– Deadline for submitting complete funding applications to Axelys: August 10, 2026
– Evaluation by the Evaluation and Investment Committee (EIC): September 2026
– Amount of PSOv2d financial assistance available: $250,000

MATURATION SUB-COMPONENT
– Deadline for submitting complete funding applications to Axelys: September 7, 2026
– Evaluation by the Evaluation and Investment Committee (EIC): October 2026
– Amount of PSOv2d financial assistance available: $2,300,000
